His office started a new job role of a Guardian Officer, where the role is to assist patients after their doctor consultation. Previously patients themselves need to do all the tasks from OPD consultation to discharge, which was hectic for them. After this was implemented on 22/11/2023 he has received 13 positive feedbacks till date. He says he has never received such feedbacks in his 19 years of career. It was a team effort from the office staff however he is very glad that all appreciated him. It was His grace alone. All glory to God.
